Maximum Level Fire station only sends 3 trucks?
Hi there,
Unsure if this is a bug or not but my maximum level fire station with four trucks only ever sends 3 trucks to a fire. I don’t understand the need to do the final upgrade if the maximum number of trucks to a scene was always going to be 3.
Is this a bug? or working as intended?

In my opinion this is a bug and as clearly as what the description says, 4 trucks. Aside from that I read in some website that it is not recommended to upgrade your fire state to level 3 as it will requires you Wrath and still 3 trucks are available to fix the fire.
